Job Description
Performs advanced nuclear fuels engineering and technical work supporting Clean Energy Center operations. Conducts research and analyses, provides technical expertise on safety, reliability and regulatory compliance, resolves equipment and system issues, and supports design modifications, testing and engineering task management. Responsibilities Perform advanced nuclear engineering and technical work in support of Clean Energy Centers. Conduct research, reviews, studies and analyses for regulatory and technical projects. Develop and implement engineering activities supporting safety, reliability, maintainability and availability. Ensure engineering work is accurate, complete, properly configured and compliant with design criteria and applicable codes. Provide technical consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems. Support design modifications, testing, task management and coordination of Nuclear Fuels personnel.
