We deliver a strategic mix of geotechnical and structural solutions to commercial contractors in many different market sectors. The services we specialize in include: Micropiles, Vibratory-Stone Columns, Helicals, Rigid Inclusions, and Aggregate Piers. The quality of work we've performed in the past has earned us a position as a top leader in geotechnical construction throughout the nation. We are looking to add a Field Engineer to our team. Duties and Responsibilities:
Support various projects (micropiles, aggregate piers, and rigid inclusion) to ensure compliance with contract documents. Document field activities, observations, and performance of load testing. Maintain detailed field installation logs, track overages, and monitor the number of piles installed, as well as other aspects of project installation. Communicate effectively with field crews and the design team. Troubleshoot changes in field conditions during the construction phase. Foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and colleagues. Track deadlines and manage project timelines. Perform other duties as assigned.

Travel:
This position requires heavy travel, often at short notice, to various project sites.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (geotechnical, civil, construction management) or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.

A self-starting, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individual. Excellent attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. Highly organized with a systematic approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Analytical, with the ability to view issues from multiple perspectives.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience.
