3001560744-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Licensing & Regulatory Compliance Engineer to lead compliance for utility and energy operations. In this role, you will interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations, manage licensing activities, and ensure adherence to industry and environmental standards. You will develop compliance strategies, prepare and review regulatory submittals, and coordinate audits and inspections. Partnering with operations, legal, and engineering teams, you will assess risk, implement corrective actions, and drive process improvements that support safety, reliability, and sustainability across Constellation's energy portfolio. Responsibilities Interpret and apply federal, state, and local utility and energy regulations Lead licensing and regulatory compliance activities for energy operations Prepare, review, and submit regulatory filings and reports Coordinate and support regulatory audits, inspections, and responses Assess compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls Collaborate with operations, legal, and engineering teams on compliance issues Monitor regulatory changes and advise stakeholders on impacts Support training on regulatory and compliance requirements Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and documentation Required Skills Regulatory compliance (utility and energy) Licensing and permitting management Technical writing for regulatory filings Risk assessment and mitigation Knowledge of FERC/NRC/state utility regulations Environmental and safety regulations Audit and inspection management Data analysis and reporting Stakeholder and regulator communication Project management
