Qualifications of Transmission Technician:

3 Years of Auto or Light Duty Diesel Transmission experience required 6-8+ years of experience preferred Experience with Removing and Reinstalling Transmissions required Own Tools required Experience with Automatic and Manual Transmissions preferred Experience with transmission rebuilds is a plus Experience with transmission diagnostics is a plus

Responsibilities of Transmission Technician:

This role involves removing, servicing, and reinstalling transmissions in passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks Responsibilities include removing and reconnecting drivetrain components, inspecting related parts, and preparing transmissions for rebuilding Perform routine maintenance on transmissions Candidates with advanced Transmission rebuilding or diagnostic skills will focus more on those aspects of the job Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
