Tesla is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to develop and implement quality management systems at our Solar site. This position will involve managing technicians (direct reports) for vision automation, production audits and project managing data science deliverables, to achieve quantifiable improvements to the Tesla quality systems. This hands-on role demands dependability, integrity, and a servant leadership approach to empower site teams while upholding our uncompromising high bar on safety, quality, and standards.
