Job Description

Through close collaboration and innovation, we create, design and build environmentally friendly high-tech automotive systems and components for more than 100 customers around the world. As a Supplier Development Engineer, you will provide technical expertise to suppliers in the Interiors products line.
Responsibilities include:
Lead, implement, track, and follow APQP process Evaluate supplier PPAP submissions, ensuring requirement compliance and accuracy Coordinate activities for PPAP approval with Supplier, Inteva cross-functional teams, Inteva Plants, and Customers Perform Quality and Capability Assessments for potential Suppliers, including reporting, follow-up, and closure of audit findings and non-conformances. Ensure that Supplier's documentation and processes are compliant with requirements and/or contracts during pre-production, production, and service phase (life of product) Lead supplier development actions to focus on prevention vs reaction Travel ~50% And other duties as assigned.
