Job Description

Mid Level Salary:
$100,000 - $130,000 per hour Job Details - We are seeking a Product Engineer to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of products throughout the product lifecycle. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering to ensure products meet customer requirements, quality standards, and cost objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement product designs, engineering changes, and process improvements. Create and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and bills of materials (BOMs). Collaborate with manufacturing teams to support production, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve efficiency. Analyze product performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions. Support new product introductions from concept through production launch. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regarding technical requirements and product specifications. Conduct testing, validation, and engineering evaluations to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Participate in cost reduction, continuous improvement, and value engineering initiatives. Assist with project planning and execution to meet deadlines and business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Proficiency with CAD software and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and problem-solving methodologies. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Skills Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of GD&T, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, BOM management, and product lifecycle management (PLM) tools. Experience supporting aerospace, automotive, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing industries.
