Position Summary Every boat that carries the Invincible or Yellowfin name starts as an idea and ends as a finely tuned machine built to handle the toughest offshore conditions. This role integrates you into that process — supporting design, prototyping, and testing alongside engineers who regard boatbuilding as a valued craft. Key Responsibilities Assist with design and development of new boat models Create CAD models and prototypes Conduct research on trends and technologies Participate in design reviews Support testing and evaluation of prototypes Assist with material and component selection Help ensure manufacturability with production teams Create and support technical documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 1-2 years experience preferred.
