Mossville, IL What's the Job? Design and develop customer- or site-facing electrification solutions, managing the entire process from requirements analysis to engineering implementation. Translate business and site-specific requirements into detailed system definitions, key technology selections, and integration strategies. Support solution integration, prototype validation, testing, and performance analysis to ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including system, electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality to drive technical reviews and decision-making. Participate in cost assessments, manufacturability evaluations, and reliability analyses to meet business objectives and ensure high-quality deliverables. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related fields). Experience in electrification, energy systems, or site solution development with a focus on system integration and testing. Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, especially in prototype development and system debugging. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
