Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) to identify potential design risks and enhance product reliability. Execute detailed tolerance analyses to ensure design precision and manufacturability, driving continual improvement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to innovate and refine product designs. Engage with vendors to finalize and validate design specifications for new parts, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
