Fremont, CA Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer with hands-on experience in OTA testing, RF validation, and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong laboratory and troubleshooting skills with 5G/LTE and RF test equipment. Key Responsibilities Configure, calibrate, and operate OTA anechoic chambers for FR1/Sub-6 GHz and FR2/mmWave testing. Perform

TRP, TIS, EIRP, EIS, MIMO

OTA, and A-GNSS sensitivity testing. Conduct RF desense investigations and troubleshoot internal platform noise. Maintain chamber calibration, verification logs, and measurement accuracy. Execute test plans based on CTIA, 3GPP, FCC, CE, ISED, and carrier requirements. Analyze test results, identify failures, and support certification submissions. Automate and analyze test data using Python and RF lab software.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 2-5+ years of hands-on RF/OTA testing experience. Knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, Wi-Fi 6E/7, Bluetooth, and UWB. Experience with RF equipment such as Keysight UXM, Rohde & Schwarz CMW/CMX, or Anritsu MT8000A. Experience with ETS-Lindgren EMQuest, R&S AMS32, or similar OTA automation tools. Strong understanding of RF measurements, antenna systems, impedance matching, polarization, Friis transmission, and measurement uncertainty. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Python experience for test automation and data analysis is preferred.

Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
