is an innovative STEM education organization dedicated to inspiring the next generation of makers, engineers, and problem solvers. Through hands-on, project-based learning, we help students develop creativity, critical thinking, engineering design skills, and confidence in technology. What You'll Do Teach engaging robotics classes Guide students through hands-on engineering and programming challenges. Foster creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment. Prepare materials before class and ensure all robotics equipment is organized after class. Communicate with BYAI staff regarding class progress and student needs. Qualifications Experience teaching robotics, engineering, computer science, or STEM programs for children. Experience with educational robotics platforms (such as
LEGO SPIKE, LEGO
Mindstorms, VEX, Makeblock, Arduino, micro:bit, or similar) is preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Passion for working with children and inspiring young learners. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Eligible to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Education, or a related field. Experience teaching elementary or middle school students. Familiarity with block-based or introductory programming (Scratch, MakeCode, Python, etc.). Experience coaching robotics competitions is a plus.
