Job Description A leading robotics company is hiring a Senior Data Operations Engineer to support the operational performance and continuous improvement of large-scale autonomous robotic deployments. The organization develops intelligent robotic systems that operate inside fast-paced warehouse and logistics environments, generating enormous volumes of performance, workflow, and operational data every day. As a Senior Data Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for turning operational data into actionable workflows that improve fleet performance, deployment success, customer outcomes, and business efficiency. Unlike traditional data engineering roles focused on pipelines, platforms, analytics, machine learning, integration, or data quality, this position sits closer to operations and focuses on using data to optimize the day-to-day performance of robotic systems deployed in the field. You will work closely with robotics operations teams, deployment engineers, customer success managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to identify operational trends, performance bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
