Job Description

Busy engineering and manufacturing company has an opening for a Mechanical Design Engineer. Direct-hire position with very competitive benefits!

Duties:

Design and develop special application machines, robotic systems and fixtures Use Solidworks to create detailed models and assemblies Conduct engineering analysis (FEA and tolerance stack-up studies) Act as technical lead on assigned projects Create detailed Bill of Materials (BOMs)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Design experience with automation, fixtures, CNC machining, robotics or precision tooling Solidworks proficiency Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Ability to conduct FEA, stress analysis and tolerance studies We are unable to offer visa sponsorship or transfer for this position.

Salary:

$85-90K
