Available Help for . Casting International Composites, LLC seeks a Robotic Automation Engineer in Weslaco, TX to be responsible for installation, configuration, programming, and debugging of robotic systems and automated processes. Develop and improve automated systems, including mechanical and control upgrades, to enhance operational efficiency. Support implementation and delivery of new robotic solutions, ensuring smooth integration into existing processes. Conduct cost-benefit analysis and evaluate system improvements and new technologies for automation and control. Coordinate with specialist departments on mechanical design and integration of smart devices. Maintain robotic equipment, ensure data integrity, and provide operational support for automation systems. Document technical procedures, quality control standards, and user guides for application development and ongoing support.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressive experience in a related occupation involving automation and robotic installation and programming using languages such as ABB RAPID and C++; documenting control procedures and preventive maintenance; PLC programming for automation systems utilizing Siemens S7, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley, and Schneider Electric platforms; and HMI integration and data communication.
