Job Title:

Mechatronics & Robotics Technician Job Description As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. This role includes installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. Responsibilities Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors. Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures. Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries. Enter downtime data in daily logs and complete preventive maintenance sheets. Manage work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment. Track and store department inventory, including spare parts. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. 2+ years of experience in repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls. 2+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading. 2+ years of knowledge in electrical and electronic principles. 1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment systems. 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries. Experience in maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment, specifically conveyors and other material handling equipment. Able to troubleshoot basic input and output functions of building operations. Experience with CMMS. Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn. Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with OEM and Safety standards. Associate's or higher degree from a vocational school or college focusing on Mechanical or Electrical fields. 2+ years of apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Mechanical or Electrical fields. Experience working with PLC-based control systems. Experience with robotic operation and maintenance. Why Work Here?
