Full-Time Job Description:
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Robotics Vehicle Operators to join our team in San Diego, CA. Candidates must be safety-conscious, comfortable with technology, and capable of operating and monitoring robotic vehicles while following established safety procedures.
Mandatory Qualifications:
All applicants MUST meet the following requirements:
Typing:
Minimum of 45 words per minute (WPM). A mandatory typing test will be administered during the hiring process. Driving Record (MVR): Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR check with no more than one (1) point, according to company screening criteria.
Driving History:
Must have at least three consecutive years of uninterrupted driver's licensure, with no gaps, lapses, or suspensions during that period. Applicants who do not meet
ALL THREE
requirements will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate and monitor robotic vehicles. Perform daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical or technical issues. Accurately enter data and maintain operational records.

Follow all company safety procedures and traffic regulations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and technical support teams. Monitor vehicle performance and respond appropriately to operational concerns.
Additional Qualifications:
Strong computer and data-entry skills. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused. Previous experience with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation is preferred but not required.
Hiring Process:
