Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Set-Up Technician to join our team, specializing in Husqvarna robotic mower setup, installation, and servicing. This role involves ensuring that robotic mowers are properly configured and maintained to deliver optimal performance for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service. Responsibilities Perform setup and installation of Husqvarna robotic mowers at customer sites Conduct routine servicing and maintenance of robotic mowers Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic mower operation, including software and hardware components. Provide on-site technical support, guiding customers through the operation and features of their robotic mowers. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service activities. Follow safety protocols during all setup and servicing procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and instruction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple installation or service appointments effectively. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed. Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
