1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime as Needed Our client, a global medical device manufacturer , is seeking a 3D Image Technician to support advanced robotic surgical technology. This role is responsible for converting 2D CT scans into detailed 3D anatomical models used during robotically assisted surgical procedures, including knee, hip, and shoulder replacements. This is an opportunity to join a highly specialized medical technology team supporting the development of pre-operative surgical plans that directly impact patient care. Key Focus Medical Imaging | CT Scan Segmentation | 3D Anatomical Modeling | Surgical Planning | Robotic Surgery Technology | Quality & Accuracy What You'll Do Convert 2D CT scans into 3D anatomical bone models used for robotic-assisted surgical procedures Create and manage cases using proprietary case management systems Review CT scans to ensure compliance with Mako Surgical protocols Perform CT segmentation using specialized software to develop accurate digital bone models Create pre-operative surgical plans for robotic total hip and total knee replacement procedures Review surgical plans for accuracy, including anatomical landmark selection, implant sizing, and positioning Upload completed surgical plans to field-based personnel Maintain accurate documentation while following established procedures and work instructions Manage multiple cases while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of professional work experience Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Salesforce, Materialise Mimics, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software preferred Experience or education in radiology, CT, X-ray, MRI, nursing, anatomy, or related healthcare fields preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise procedures Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset English proficiency required (speaking and reading)
Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
