Robotic Welding Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $20.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:30pm) Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce quality welds and finished components. Load, position, and secure metal components and materials into robotic welding fixtures. Inspect welded components for defects, proper dimensions, and overall quality. Perform basic troubleshooting, adjustments, and routine maintenance on welding equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Robotic Welding Qualifications:

Previous welding experience; robotic welding experience is strongly preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications. Basic knowledge of welding processes, tools, and metal fabrication techniques. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify weld defects. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle materials in a manufacturing environment.
