This position is on 3rd shift, 11:00pm - 7:30am.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for optimizing equipment (multi axis robots, Lasers, and water jet).
• Responsible for minimizing downtime on Robotic equipment, and associated equipment (clip feeders, sonic welders, etc).
• Responsible for improving equipment for quality and productivity purposes.
• Attends new model trials.
• Work with process improvements (assembly equipment).

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Will be on the Production floor 95% of their time ensuring the robots are working correctly and making any improvements to them.
• Making improvements to line flow.
• Entering in programs and teaching points on new equipment.
• Responsible to move forward on innovation and learning new technology,

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Satisfactory work record.
• Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when necessary.
• Desire to pursue advanced education.
• Ability to multi-task.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$21.50 - $22.00 per hour
