Work Environment:

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate robotic weld cells for production. Inspect parts and maintain quality standards and accurate production records. Troubleshoot equipment and welding issues. Assist with tooling repairs and preventative maintenance. Train, support, and motivate production associates.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Robotic welding or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic computer skills and PLC logic knowledge required; CNC programming is a plus. Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills. Tool room experience with lathes or mills is a plus. #HSM125

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
