Full Job Description Land Surveyor Milani & Associates Concord, CA About Us:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified California Land Surveyor / LS . This full-time position involves boundary resolution, drafting and construction staking calcs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide construction staking calculations using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including work related to site grading and utilities for residential and commercial projects.
• Assist with project boundary resolution, survey data reduction, and other survey-related office tasks.
• Collaborate with the survey team and other departments on a wide range of projects, from small infill to master-planned communities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of office experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (2023 preferred)
• Experience in construction staking is a plus
• Field experience is a plus
• A solid understanding of boundary principles

Licensing Requirement:

Land Surveyor (LS)
