FIELD SURVEY SPECIALIST

| DRAFTSMAN, you will be responsible for: Perform detailed site surveys. Attention to details and be highly organized. Maintain excellent communication skills with the client, team, consultants, and government officials. Experienced with AutoCAD (Must). City submittals and plan check processes. Travel a must

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years' retail/commercial interior design experience. High proficiency in AutoCAD required, SketchUp and Revit a plus. Knowledge of architectural interior design concepts, practices, and procedures. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Advanced technical knowledge of all aspects of retail and commercial interior design, including Building Code and Title 24 . Ability to take direction and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
