Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily quality control inspections on maintenance and construction jobs to ensure they meet Pierre's high standards. Evaluate and document work using photos and videos. Provide hands-on guidance to field crews, ensuring they follow installation best practices and understand company policies. Inspect operational productivity procedures to maintain efficiency and consistency among crews. Visit job sites to ensure teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed. Confirm accurate completion of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and daily safety requirements, including stretching, personal protective equipment (PPE), and safety meetings. Report safety incidents, HR concerns, equipment issues, and material problems to the appropriate departments. Collaborate with management to refine and update processes, providing actionable feedback. Act as a bridge between field and office operations, ensuring seamless communication and workflows. Maintain a valid California driver's license with a clean driving record and drive safely, abiding by all traffic laws and regulations during site visits.

Required Skills:

Candidates MUST be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence. Strong follow-up and follow-through skills. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple priorities.

Schedule & Location:

Field-based position requiring job site visits at least 4 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay $24- $29 hourly plus bonus Paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday time off. Comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) with 4% match.
