JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experience land surveyor to join our field and office team. A licensed surveyor with 4 years' experience, proficient in all aspects of land surveying, boundary, topo, ALTA/ACSM and construction staking. Competency in preparing drawings and report using
CADD ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Field Operations:
boundary/topographic surveys, construction staking, drone mapping
Office/Technical:
CADD and drafting, boundary analysis, and legal descriptions. Draft Records of Survey, Corner Records, Parcel Maps, ALTA surveys and Topographic Map
Experience with Trimble GNSS and conventional survey equipment
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center
Valid driver's license
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Drone mapping experience
Experience with Records of Survey, ALTA surveys
Project management experience
Knowledge of North Bay property records
Experience coordinating with County agencies
FAA Part 107 certification
GPS savvy

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Operate standard office, drafting and survey equipment
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to field sites, mountainous roads and operate an ATV
Vision, hearing, and manual dexterity for computer work and equipment operation
Ability to perform field work including: o Walking long distances over steep terrain o Lifting and carrying equipment up to 45 pounds o Operating survey equipment and driving stakes
