ESE Consultants , a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Senior Field Surveyor / Crew Chief for our operations in the Danbury, Connecticut area. Consider a new opportunity that offers exposure to all land surveying processes in residential land development projects! This is an independent, field-based role supporting projects from Reston, VA to Columbia, MD and operating as a one-person survey crew, performing construction stakeout and layout for residential subdivision development, including roads, utilities, lots, and home construction. What are the primary responsibilities? Construction stakeout Construction asbuilts (wall checks/ Location Surveys) Topographic surveys Residential Infrastructure stakeout (water, sewer, storm C&G) Site asbuilts Basic computations/cutsheets Boundary Surveys ALTA Surveys This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies! Ability to stay up to date with the ever-changing survey technology Comfortable working alone in isolated and remote areas Excellent written and verbal communication skills Can excel in a physical and technically demanding position Basic understanding of engineering drawings Basic understanding of Survey specific codes and Regulations Do you have these qualifications? 5+ years of related experience AutoCAD experience a plus High School Education or Equivalent Additional Survey specific classes a plus Clean driving record The salary for this position is $37.37-$41.60 per hour.
