You will be responsible for conducting surveys, creating maps, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. This role requires a licensed Professional Land Surveyor or Professional Surveyor/Mapper with significant field experience. Responsibilities Conduct land surveys and property mapping Operate electronic survey equipment (total stations, GPS, drones) Create detailed topographic maps and boundary surveys Ensure compliance with Florida licensing requirements Prepare survey reports and documentation Collaborate with civil engineering project teams May require weekend work and overtime as needed Key Requirements State of Florida PLS or PSM License required Professional surveying experience required Valid driver's license required At least 40 hours a week, with overtime possible Proficient in electronic survey equipment Must be responsible and on time A mandatory drug test is required
