Position:

Ongoing employment Ironclad Roofing Pros is seeking a Hawaii-licensed Responsible Managing Employee (RME) to qualify our company for Hawaii contractor licensure and provide the required oversight for our roofing projects throughout the state. Our team handles most day-to-day operations, including estimating, scheduling, materials, project coordination, and subcontractor arrangements. We're looking for an experienced professional to work alongside our team, provide licensed oversight, and fulfill Hawaii's RME responsibilities. This is an ongoing opportunity covering multiple projects. Responsibilities Serve as the company's qualifying RME, subject to Hawaii Contractors License Board approval. Provide the supervision and management required under Hawaii's contractor licensing rules. Review and sign or initial contracts as required. Maintain familiarity with company projects and ensure required project and RME records are kept. Provide on-site oversight as needed and coordinate with our management team. Monitor workmanship, safety, and compliance, with authority to address concerns. Be available for project communication, inspections, and scheduled site visits. Qualifications Active Hawaii contractor license in good standing with C-42 Roofing or the classifications required for our roofing scope. Eligible to serve as Ironclad Roofing Pros' qualifying RME. Currently reside in Hawaii. Experience supervising roofing projects. Willingness to travel between islands when required. In which case, the accommodations and travel will be covered. Reliable communication and availability throughout active projects. But not needed on a daily basis unless an active project is being built. Compensation and Travel Annual salary of $120,000. Company-paid transportation and accommodations for required projects on islands other than your island of residence. Ongoing opportunity with an established project support team.
