- Surveying experience in heavy civil construction industry
- Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
- Convert digital plans to surface files with CAD
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills A successful candidate will possess the following:
- 3-5 years direct experience in heavy/highway construction industry
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
- Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
- Must have experience with multi-million-dollar projects
