This position offers the opportunity to apply advanced surveying and mapping expertise while working alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects throughout the region. Responsibilities include but not limited to : Prepare and produce survey maps, plans, and related deliverables. Process and analyze field-collected survey data. Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control efforts. Assist with the implementation and management of survey-related software and technology. Coordinate mapping activities with survey crews, engineers, and project managers. Review work products to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and industry standards. Mentor team members and support their professional development. Promote a culture of safety and participate in company health and safety initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of survey operations and workflows.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in survey mapping and drafting. Strong understanding of surveying principles, mapping standards, and land development practices. Advanced proficiency with CAD software. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites and meetings as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Skyline software. Experience developing surfaces, alignments, profiles, utility networks, and other advanced survey design elements. Prior experience mentoring or leading technical staff.
