ROLE OVERVIEW
Our Survey Division is seeking an experienced Professional Surveyor to lead field crews and oversee a diverse portfolio of projects for federal, state, and private clients out of our Bridgeport, WV office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all aspects of the surveying and geomatics department, including multiple field crews and technical staff Manage survey and geomatics projects for public and private sector clients Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients Plan, organize, supervise, and mentor survey crews and technicians Coordinate assignments to ensure project deadlines are met Maintain contact with key staff and offices to support department success
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Licensure:
Active WV Professional Surveyor (PS) license required
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead a team and provide mentorship
Equipment:
Experience with Trimble equipment preferred Time management: Strong time management and organizational skills Work style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively at high productivity
