You'll support our large portfolio of buildings that are benchmarked annually by working with property managers, tenants, building owners, and utilities to collect data and prepare the benchmarking reports that are submitted to cities and states. You will also analyze utility data and prepare analyses, assist team members with building certifications, and help manage utility incentive applications. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about green buildings and sustainability, and eager to learn and grow. What You'll Do Assist with the energy, water and waste benchmarking of entire VCA portfolio of customers Receive information and documents from clients and file appropriately in company files Collect, organize and manage utility bills and other documents from the client into the company cloud Prepare utility authorizations and submit utility data requests Work with utility companies to receive energy data in

Analyze utility data and prepare analyses as needed Support utility incentive applications and management of process Assist team with sustainability certifications, including research and documentation Review architectural drawings and prepare CALGreen compliance sheets What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 1 year of experience in sustainability Ability to manage high volume of projects with strict deadlines Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and critical thinking Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills Expert in Excel Python, SQL, GitHub experience a plus We offer: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE).
