Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sustainability programs aligned with corporate objectives and ESG frameworks.
Define and monitor KPIs measuring environmental impact and program success.
Ensure compliance with global standards including GRI, CDP and
ISO 14001.
Work across operations, procurement and finance to embed sustainability into business processes.
Build sustainability reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
Identify opportunities for carbon reduction, waste minimization and energy efficiency.
Drive stakeholder engagement and influence sustainability-focused decisions.
Apply AI and automation to improve sustainability outcomes.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Communicate sustainability progress and impact to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience managing sustainability programs in large organizations.
Strong understanding of ESG standards and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with Power BI and Excel/data analytics.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional programs and organizational change.
Innovative mindset with experience using technology for sustainability

Salary Range:
$80,000 - $110,000 a year
