The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in aerospace testing, fabrication, manufacturing, or a closely related field. This position requires strong mechanical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will troubleshoot equipment and components, interpret technical drawings and schematics, and work collaboratively with a team to support aerospace testing and fabrication operations.

$35-$47/hour (Pay based on experience)

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30

October 12, 2026 Responsibilities Perform aerospace testing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, and related hands-on tasks. Follow technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Inspect components and assemblies to verify quality, fit, function, and workmanship. Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues and identify effective solutions with minimal supervision. Operate hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and fabrication equipment as required. Complete assigned work independently while meeting quality and production requirements. Identify potential problems and communicate issues to engineering, quality, or management personnel. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures, aerospace quality requirements, and applicable regulations. Work effectively with other technicians, engineers, fabricators, and production personnel. Support other testing and fabrication activities as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace testing, fabrication, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a similar technical field. Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining a high standard of quality. Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of aerospace components, mechanical systems, and related equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand and power tools. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in physically demanding environments. Working in confines spaces and heights. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions for extended periods. Must be able to wear required PPE and follow all applicable safety procedures. (Steel toes) Must pass drug test and background check. Preferred Qualifications Aerospace manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, testing, or fabrication experience. Experience working with aerospace structures, components, or mechanical systems. Experience with inspection and testing equipment. Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation. Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
