Computer Hardware Technician San Antonio, TX 78219 $18.00/hour Monday - Friday | Day Shift | Full-Time Staff-Force is hiring a Computer Hardware Technician for a client in the San Antonio area. We are seeking candidates with strong knowledge of computer components who can disassemble, test, inspect, and sort electronic devices for recycling and resale.
Job Responsibilities:
Disassemble computers and electronic devices for sorting and recycling. Test and inspect computer components to determine functionality and condition. Identify and evaluate components such as CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, RAM, and other hardware. Sort materials for recycling and refurbishment. Maintain accurate records of tested equipment and inventory. Recommend products suitable for refurbishment or recycling. Follow all safety and environmental guidelines. Work closely with the production and recycling team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Comp
TIA A+, IT
certifications, or related technical training is a plus. Experience working with computer hardware and electronic components. Ability to identify the value and functionality of computer parts. Familiarity with testing tools and diagnostic software. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely. Team-oriented with good communication skills.
