You'll solve complex infrastructure engineering problems, take a broad perspective to identify different solutions, and guide others in solving complex issues in specialized areas based on existing solutions and procedures. You'll support Project Managers with scope development, schedules, budgets, and coordination with NJDOT/NJTA and local agency clients We'll assist in your professional growth by developing your skills in a hands-on generation of project deliverables. You'll work with the best Engineers and Project Managers in the business, as well as gain experience working directly with our clients. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Extensive years of progressively responsibility for highway design experience, you will lead roadway design tasks with limited supervision, make technical design decisions, and provide quality control and guidance to junior engineers
• NJDOT and/or NJTA project experience

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• OpenRoads/InRoads and/or Auto CAD Civil 3D experience
• AutoTurn experience
• Experience with project specifications, scheduling, and cost estimating
