Quality Engineer A manufacturing company in the Searcy, AR area is seeking a Quality Engineer to support quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and customer satisfaction efforts. This role works closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, improve processes, and ensure products meet customer and company standards.

Quality Engineer RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or a related fieldKnowledge of quality management systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans, and statistical analysis preferredStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsSix Sigma certification or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferredQuality Engineer ResponsibilitiesSupport and improve quality management systems and manufacturing processesLead root cause investigations and corrective action activitiesParticipate in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiativesAssist with internal audits and quality system complianceCoordinate quality planning activities for new and revised productsWork with customers and internal teams to resolve quality concernsAnalyze quality data and recommend process improvementsPromote a safe work environment and follow company policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedWork Environment This position is based in a manufacturing facility and may require walking the production floor, standing for extended periods, and occasional lifting. Limited travel may be required for training or business purposes.
