Job Summary:

Client is seeking detail-oriented Data Validation Specialists to support a large-scale customer data quality initiative. In this role, you will review customer account records and validate that businesses are properly classified according to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS).This position requires strong online research skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions when information is incomplete or ambiguous. Successful candidates will be comfortable working with large datasets in Excel, researching businesses using online resources, and accurately updating records based on their findings

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer records and validate business classifications using NAICS standards
• Conduct online research using Google, mapping tools, company websites, and other public resources to identify and verify a company's primary business activity
• Analyze information from multiple sources and determine the most appropriate industry classification
• Update customer records and maintain data accuracy within company systems
• Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• Work extensively with large datasets in Microsoft Excel
• Exercise sound judgment when evaluating incomplete, conflicting, or unclear information
• Meet productivity and accuracy goals while managing a high volume of records
