Job Description Support and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) Lead root cause investigations and corrective action activities Develop inspection plans, validation protocols, and quality procedures Execute First Article Inspections (FAI) Analyze quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities Partner with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers Support new product introduction and production readiness efforts Drive continuous improvement projects focused on product and process quality Conduct qualification, validation, and reliability testing activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering required 8-10+ years of quality engineering experience preferred Experience in manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of
QMS, ISO
standards, CAPA, supplier quality, and customer quality Experience supporting product launches and engineering-driven organizations Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Background Electronics, electromechanical, or component manufacturing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Reliability testing and product development support ASQ CQE certification and/or Six Sigma certification Experience with engineering drawings, GD&T, and CAD tools What's on Offer Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000. 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Strong work-life balance Paid holidays, PTO, volunteer time, and year-end company shutdown.
