Job Description
Overall Purpose of the Job Develop and perform quality control in department, product line or location. Key Activities and Accountabilities 1. Perform audits to quality standards to assess compliance. 2. Perform vendor audits in order to improve incoming supplies. 3. Plan, direct and provide technical support for testing activities. 4. Initiate and process non-conformance reports as required. 5. Review reports of conditions found during inspection activities and notify operations of significant problems. 6. Provide technical support to operations. 7. May be responsible for developing and maintaining training and certification records. Job Knowledge and Qualifications 1. Degree in relevant subject 2. 3+ years engineering experience 3. 6+ years previous experience with Quality Management Systems
