Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Quality Engineer in the Greater San Jose area. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional passionate about aerospace manufacturing, with a strong commitment to production and quality assurance. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality programs, ensuring products meet the highest standards of accuracy, security, and safety. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
Demonstrated knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), part & document control, and defect management processes.
Proficiency in software for data management and reporting, including MES & PLM.Familiarity with aerospace industry standards such as
Experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment related to aerospace or engineering, or a highly regulated environment.
Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE (certified quality engineer), or CQA (certified quality auditor).
