Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Manufacturing Processes, providing technical leadership and driving process improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet organizational goals using Continuous Improvement methodologies Adhere to all established safety, health and quality General Manufacturing Process (GMP) policies, procedures and practices for the company Oversee the optimal operation of their assigned plant's Manufacturing Processes i.e., hands on process adjustments, changes to maintain required productivity, etc. Including Centerline documents and Process Control Plans Manage the documentation, tooling audits, and maintenance direction of all tooling used in the Manufacturing Process including change activities and processes Apply statistical methods to improve process capability and reduce process variation Participate on Continuous Quality Improvement team for plant process improvement Travel up to 10% Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's Degree Lean Six Sigma and/or Six Sigma certifications, i.e., Management and Strategy Institute Knowledge of Infinity SPC or similar SPC software, JMP, Minitab, or similar statistical software
