All Visas accepted (No H1 and No Fake profiles) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Quality Engineer to support factory quality, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground quality role that serves as a key liaison between machine plants and component factories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with manufacturing quality standards, root cause analysis, 8D problem-solving, corrective actions, customer quality issues, and continuous improvement . Education & Experience Associate degree with 10+ years of relevant experience , OR Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience preferred, OR Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience preferred Required Skills Strong working knowledge of Quality Standards and Manufacturing Operations Experience applying 8D or similar structured problem-solving methodologies Strong root cause analysis and corrective action experience Good understanding of engineering, design, manufacturing, and maintenance processes Strong verbal communication, influencing, and numerical skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams through problem-solving activities Ability to motivate teams, drive compliance, and support continuous improvement Strong professional communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Key Responsibilities Inspect, contain, analyze, and communicate quality-related data to factory quality teams Actively participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities Lead timely Emergency, Interim, and Permanent Corrective Actions for customer and internal quality issues Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams Serve as an ambassador, coach, and sub-workstream lead for End-to-End Built-In Quality Lead quality improvement projects using Office 365 and analytical tools Support internal continuous improvement initiatives Manage relationships with internal and external customers Partner with Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve quality concerns Apply quality tools and methodologies including 8D and Six Sigma Drive corrective actions through closure and verify effectiveness Support quality compliance and process improvement across manufacturing operations Preferred Profile The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on manufacturing quality experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with plant teams and customers to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
