Job Description

Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Product Quality Specialist.
Product Quality Specialist Job Details Schedule :
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM Pay Rate :
$36.05/hr ($74,000/year)
Location :
Covington, KY 6 Month Assignment with possibility of permanent placement! Product Quality Specialist Requirements/Qualifications Resume and interview required. Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field required. Experience in operational quality control, product inspection, or mechanical inspection environments required. Extensive blueprint reading experience required. Experience using calipers and other precision measuring and inspection tools required. Experience with SAP preferred. Strong computer skills required. Knowledge of quality inspection techniques and processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, and Operations teams. Steel toe boots required. 10-panel drug screen required. Background must be returned before starting. No violent felonies or misdemeanors within 7 years. No theft-related charges of any kind. About the Product Quality Specialist Role As a Product Quality Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Perform quality control inspections on finished products and subassemblies. Perform mechanical inspections using precision measuring tools. Support final testing and product validation activities. Read blueprints, specifications, and tolerances to verify product requirements. Maintain quality documentation, inspection checklists, and quality reports. Identify, document, and report non-conformities. Coordinate rework and corrective actions for quality-related issues. Work with Production and Engineering teams to investigate and resolve recurring quality concerns. Assist with improving inspection criteria, standards, and procedures. Support internal and external audits as required. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate and complete quality records.
