Job Description Manage the end-to-end RMA process, reviewing return requests and authorizing eligible customer returns. Oversee return investigations and ensure efficient processing of customer product returns. Serve as a key customer contact, providing updates on return status, investigations, replacements, and resolutions. Lead and support engineers performing detailed failure analysis on returned products. Review technical findings and help deliver clear, customer-facing failure analysis reports. Partner with engineering and applications teams to resolve complex product quality concerns. Track and analyze quality metrics, including cycle times, defect trends, and customer return performance. Develop and publish performance reports that drive operational improvements and accountability. Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline; Electrical Engineering preferred. 5 to 10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, quality, reliability, or failure analysis. Strong technical expertise in root cause investigation and failure analysis methodologies. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional activities simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers and executive stakeholders. Experience analyzing quality data and developing actionable performance metrics and reports. Demonstrated leadership skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What's on Offer Opportunity to lead a highly visible quality and failure analysis function.
