In this position... The Quality Engineering Specialist is responsible for ensuring that lithium-ion battery cells produced at the plant meet Ford's quality, safety, and performance standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves monitoring key process parameters, analyzing SPC data to detect variation, and driving root-cause investigations and corrective actions (CAPA) for defects or yield losses.
