Job Description

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to champion product excellence and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing lifecycle. You will be instrumental in maintaining high-reliability standards by implementing robust quality systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production outcomes. Responsibilities Partner with engineering and production teams to integrate stringent quality requirements into every phase of the manufacturing process. Lead the execution of CAPA, NCMR, and ECR processes to ensure rapid resolution of quality deviations. Develop comprehensive inspection documentation, including control plans, bubble drawings, and Initial Sample Inspection Reports. Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor data trends, identify process variations, and implement data-driven solutions. Manage the calibration and maintenance of precision inspection equipment, including Faro Arm programming and operation. Facilitate Material Review Board (MRB) meetings to address non-conforming materials and maintain high product integrity. Drive workplace efficiency by championing 5S practices and participating in ongoing process improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Skills 3-5 years of professional experience in a quality engineering or manufacturing role. Strong proficiency in GD&T and inspection philosophies. Demonstrated knowledge of PPAP documentation and
ISO 9001
standards. Advanced computer literacy with experience in SPC software and technical documentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience in conducting formal process audits. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train staff on inspection tools. Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
