  • 100,000 per year work hours: 6am to 3pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Quality Auditing:
Conduct product and process audits and inspections on the manufacturing floor.
Problem Solving:
Lead 8D problem-solving and root cause analysis teams for internal, customer, and supplier complaints.
Process Improvement:
Standardize work instructions, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and control plans during
APQP/PPAP
processes.
Customer Support:
Manage customer decks and communicate directly regarding quality issues. #LI-JS4 qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Engineering including 1 year experience in Metal Casting, Assembly, and automotive experience skills: FMEAs,problem-solving,APQP,Auditing,automotive,manufacturing quality,PPAP,process audits,root cause analysis,
