Seabrook, NH | Full-time direct hire | 100% onsite | Local candidates only — no relocation assistance Gabriella & Co. is partnering with the Adhesive Technologies division of a global chemical and consumer goods manufacturer to hire a Lead Quality Engineer at its Seabrook, NH plant. You will own the site quality program, lead root cause and CAPA work, maintain the

ISO 9001

quality management system, and supervise a small quality team. What you'll own Site quality program and QMS maintenance, including

ISO 9001

compliance and internal/external audits Root cause investigations, CAPA, nonconformance management and customer complaint resolution Quality improvement projects using Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, FMEA and SPC Quality documentation: procedures, work instructions, control plans and inspection records Cross-functional work with manufacturing, engineering, operations and supply chain to improve product and process quality Supplier quality and incoming material qualification Leadership and mentoring of quality technicians and engineers What you bring Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering 6+ years of quality engineering in chemical manufacturing — adhesives, sealants, coatings, polymers or specialty materials Experience implementing and maintaining a QMS, including

ISO 9001

Hands-on root cause, CAPA, 8D, FMEA and SPC experience Prior experience leading or supervising a team, even a small one Experience with customer complaints, nonconformances and audits Located within commuting distance of Seabrook, NH, or able to relocate at your own expense Not a fit: quality roles in discrete manufacturing, automotive, medical device or electronics; mechanical, industrial or other non-chemical engineering degrees; candidates requiring relocation assistance.
